Solor Care’s Individual Service Design puts the person planning services In Control of their support and gives them the opportunity to direct how they want their individual support programme to be planned, developed and delivered.
Each service design is unique, in the same way that each and every one of us are unique individuals. We offer a service where we plan with you what support package you want and how you want it to work.
